4.28.13 I stayed at home with the babies today because they weren't feeling well. Their first week at daycare ended with both of them catching colds. My poor Ivy has it the worst, though. I wish there were something that I could do to help her feel better... (other than lots of hugs and kisses!)

4.21.13 We spent Sunday at my parents' after church. My brother, Ray, came down from New Jersey. I got to meet his girlfriend, Dani, for the first time. I missed my older brother, Corey. I really wish that he could have made it. It definitely would have made the family photo complete. Maybe next time, though.

Happy Thursday!

Wow, I'm slipping on updating this blog. I was actually doing really well. I have been pretty busy. I return to work in 10 days, and Ivy still won't take a bottle. We've tried multiple brands and haven't found one that works yet.

I'm also still looking at daycare options. The one we used before doesn't have a spot in the nursery and I don't want to children to be split up[1. Multiple child discount, anyone?]. I've made a few calls around town. I have an option for a home daycare, but she works alone and already has 5 month old twins. I'm more concerned about my babies getting the proper attention.

Hopefully something will come through.

Blog Circle: Interesting Perspectives

It's the beginning of a new month, and the beginning of a new challenge for me. This year, I said that I would focus on my photography, so I decided to join a photography blog circle[1. Link to the next blog below.] on CM.

This month's focus is interesting perspectives. It was definitely a challenge. I spent a lot of time on Google last month researching perspectives in photography. There's no better place than the local Waterfront Park. It's located in the Historic Downtown district of Beaufort, SC. I had some time to myself, so it was easy to get down and dirty.

Walking along the main street.

Now that you've viewed my take on "interesting perspectives", please check out the rest of the blog circle entries. Next up is Stephanie. She is a photographer based out of Houston, Texas.

P.S. If you go through all of the entries, you should end up back here!
